While we’re not able to offer full refund currently, customers are welcome to exchange any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items.
Exchanges
If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, you must raise a request to exchange your order within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange. In case of failure to raise a complaint within 7 days, the exchange request will not be accepted.
You will be eligible for an exchange only under below conditions:
- Your purchase must be unused and in the same original packaging that you received it.
- You will require to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any purchase not in its original condition, is damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error.
- Any purchase that is returned for exchange not more than 7 days after delivery
Shipping
Standard Shipping takes 2-3 working business days for local and 3-4 working business days for domestic orders. Shipping costs have to be borne by the customers.
We use Professional Courier services and the charges are 80/- Rupees per kg for local deliveries and 120/- Rupees for domestic / outstation deliveries.
Incase of exchanges:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs incase of returning and as well as receiving your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your exchanged item is higher or lower than the original purchase, the difference in amount will be credited to your account.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
